I chose Grand Metropark Hotel in Hangzhou because of its convenient location near the West Lake. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the additional features at the hotel, such as complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services. The Peony Chinese Restaurant, located on the 2nd floor, was a highlight with its luxurious private dining rooms and authentic Chinese dishes.

the hardware of the hotel is out of dated. compare to 5 star hotels in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing, it just like a 3 star hotel.

My purpose of travel was sightseeing and I stayed at Grand Metropark Hotel for three nights. The hotel's location was excellent, with convenient access to the airport and subway station. There were also many brand shops nearby and a newly developed area called "WAKE TOWN" close by. The view from the 12th floor was amazing and peaceful. The facilities were new and well-maintained, giving the impression of a newly decorated hotel. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options, and I particularly enjoyed the wonton. Special thanks to Eileen WAN for her caring and helpful service.

Located in a prime spot, only a short walk away from a picturesque lake, surrounded by shops and fine dining restaurants. the spacious and well-designed rooms boast comfortable beds and breathtaking views. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet is a highlight of the stay. Additional facilities, such as the spa and fridge in the room, make for a luxurious experience.

The hotel's overall upkeep could benefit from some updates.

Location was superb as it was near the airport and easy to access fun activities in the city. the room was comfortable and well-appointed with modern amenities. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from that catered to all dietary needs.

The hotel could benefit from a renovation, especially the bathroom which was small and not very luxurious. the hotel could improve on its housekeeping as there were some minor cleanliness issues.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city center and Old Town on foot. Close to shopping malls like in77 and a short walk away from the beautiful West Lake. The hotel facilities are clean and modern with comfortable rooms, mini-fridge, and spa. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of cuisines and my favorite was the delicious wonton. The friendly staff, especially Eileen WAN, made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel here is truly luxurious and exclusive. the spa and wellness centre is top, notch, with a sauna and outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. the garden area is stunning and adds to the elegant ambiance. the continental breakfast served in, room is delicious and the bar/lounge area is a great spot for a cocktail. the private facilities in the room were impressive and exceeded my expectations.

The only minor issue was the service. While the staff was friendly, there was some confusion with my reservation at check, in.

During my recent business trip, I appreciated the early check-in and the option for a late checkout without extra payment. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and nearby shopping malls. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious food options to start the day off right.

During my stay, I noticed that the rooms were old and in need of renovation. the room service was not up to par, with cold food that should have been hot.
